 This is an amazing way to use up left over Brown rice. They are really nice eaten straight away when they are warm and all crispy - with a quick salad and soy sauce, or eaten cold for a lunch or picnic. It's a great substitute for bread or as a veggie patty at a BBQ.

Beryn’s free-form Nori rolls with fried egg, sprouts and garden fresh nasturtiums

Every time I stay with my good friend Beryn on the Central Coast; we have these amazing Nori rolls with whatever she has in the fridge. I get a txt from her saying rice is on and I get excited that it's NORI TIME!!!

Herb fritters with a tomato mint & sprout salad and gamazio

They make a good healthy quick meal and are great the next day cold for lunches.
Besan flour is made by grounding up chick peas till you get a fine powder so it's high in protein, gluten free, more filling than wheat flour and good for you! It's also a good egg replacement and makes a really good binding agent.                                                                                   1 tablespoon besan flour = 1 egg
