This is one of the amazing little tricks my dad taught me from his macrobiotic days and I'm so grateful for this one, we always have a jar of it in the house.
1 cup sesame seeds
½ teasp salt
1 Put sesame seeds and salt in a pan on the stove top and dry roast till golden, about 5 mins on medium heat, stirring often so the seeds toast evenly
2 while the sesame seeds are still hot, grind in a mortar and pestle or spice girder, quickly so you can still see some seeds,
Be very careful not to burn the seeds, they will go bitter, so just stand and shake the pan every 30 seconds globerx24.com/prednisone
